The body shop repaired my car after an accident, the paint didn’t match. They damaged the side of my car while fixing the rear somehow. 2 week repair took them 2 months. Didn’t give me a loaner, didn’t reimburse me for the rental they told me they’d reimburse me for. The body shop manager called me a liar. Sent it for a check engine light once and the service advisor told me both my turbos went out...At the exact same time. And when I called him out he told me only one was bad but he wanted too try and get an extra turbo out... read more

I'll try to keep it short, but I will never buy a Cadillac again because of these people. Car had some issues so I brought it in. They fixed one thing and ignored the other warranty issues. Had to return to have them fix issues multiple times because they didn't fix it right the first time. See the pic for how they returned it to me this time. Had an issue with it backfiring. Supposedly they fixed it a couple months ago. Started doing the same thing again, so took it back in after having a mechanic at AAMCO look at it. Turns... read more

Always the best in sales or service
I would not buy a car from there with the way the salesman was driving, cutting people off, cutting through a parking lot to avoid stop lights, flipping off people, and being a plan jerk to everyone on the road. This happened today, August 9th on Route 12. Plate number DL287E. So I know you know who it is and they are representing your company like that, pretty pitiful.
Great car buying experience, fast, easy, and extremely friendly. This was our 2nd purchase and will recommend to our friends and will definitely buy from again. Thank you Joe!
