Verified Renter Office staff has been great so far and very helpful prior to move in. Only complaint would be the minor issues with the apartment such as broken blinds and locks that are very finicky.
Verified Renter The grills went down last summer and still are not operational. That’s unacceptable when you’re paying thousands of dollars in rent. It seems like nobody cares about the quality of the amenities. The dog area has broken fencing and broken doors and that doesn’t even include the fact that it’s literally just a bunch of rocks. Some dog is gonna get hurt running around in that place and they’ll have a perfect lawsuit for negligence. Safety is a concern since there’s no security cameras. Verified Renter Would give a zero if possible. Moved into a dirty unit with a variety of issues. Most importantly our AC has been out for 10 days and counting. We will be looking at withholding rent or ending our lease if this is not fixed soon.

Verified Renter Some pretty major issues with apartment. Maintenance is slow, but everything else is good. People are nice and location is great. Trains kinda suck, but you get used to it pretty quickly.

Verified Renter My resident experience was phenomenal. The staff help me out throughout the whole process from scheduling a tour, to helping me find the mail room on move-in day. I was even explained in detail the different parking items I can get. The neighbors are sweet they offered to help me move in and even held the door a few times.
Verified Renter Simply. Awesome:), inevitable. I know I would love it since I signed the lease. The rooms are very spacious and both my wife and I; well, my wife love that there’s a walk in closet and it’s awesome.
