Although move in time has been an issue the staff and company has went above and beyond to make up for the snafu. They really seem to care. And hey, sometimes life throws you lemons.
The staff of HERE KANSAS as done a remarkable job the last few days dealing with construction issues and taking care of the residents and their families. General Manager Megan, AGM Abbie and the staff, and everyone from corporate worked diligently to accommodate everyone and make Friday move in happen. They have all spent alot of time away from their families and had some sleepless nights. Yes, it is their job, but they are dedicated to making it the best place for the residents to live.
the place is beautiful from outside but of course no one has been in yet. Can't believe a Company with the money to build this can't get its ducks in a row to get it approved-not to mention they could not let us know what they already knew that no one was moving in today while that disaster of a car line on Indiana almost had serious issues-absolutely the worst PR mess i've ever seen-many second thoughts about the management of this place
Have not moved due to construction delays Must say, staff has been helpful and done a nice job compensating us for inconvenience Kudos to Megan for her help
