My daughter has not even moved in yet (8/15/17) and we are already having a bad experience. First off, the staff was relentless in making multiple calls a week to sign the lease back in 2016 for the 2017 school year. The staff used scare tactics like, You may not get to room with the 3 other girls your planning to live with if you do not sign the lease now. This place is terrible. Whole goal is to ripp students off. Over charge electric bills and rent. Charge $200'a month more if you sign lease early. Do not rent here !!!
Do not let them trick you into signing a lease here. All the five stars are the staff lying.
Only people who rated this a 5 are people who work there. This place sucks. Fire alarm goes off every weekend, the parking situation sucks, and the rent is way to high. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT LIVE HERE
