Awful experience. They will charge you and not even warn you of random charges that aren't explicitly listed in the lease. They look through your trash (ew) to find your mail with your name on it, so that they can then charge you for "improper trash disposal". That's how low they are. No warning, just charged. I find that extremely invasive.
Perfect ! Personal really nice and apartments are great, big, and contemporary. Amenities are amazing (swimming pool, hot tub, gym spaces, study room). The localisation of the residence is perfect just close to kansas university, we can go to mass street by walk ! Perfect
This was a terrible experience for my daughter. The complex looks nothing like the photos and the amenities are exaggerated and misrepresented. The beautiful premium housing you see in the marketing pieces is actually a grey penitentiary-like, cold, lightless dwelling. The bedrooms are small and the "furniture" is completely subpar and inefficient. You will need to buy furniture. None of the businesses that should have occupied the retail spaces ever did. This place is lit! We get to do whatever we want and the gym is open 24/7.
I had to find an apartment literally within A WEEK. A WEEK I TELL YOU. I was looking all around Lawrence for last minute apartments which was actually quite the struggle, I had a few friends that had lived at HERE last year and absolutely LOVED IT. First and foremost, when I came in for the tour the staff was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful with my millions of questions. This apartment treats you like a child and is run more like a dorm than an apartment. They are unethical, unprofessional, and do not really do anything to fix issues or make an effort to resolve them. The parking sucks they valet will scratch and damage your car. They screw people over into signing early paying more money and now they're offering $200-300 less for people to sign now... they just want your money do not really care about you.
