RecommendedAbsolutely love my daughter living here. Friendly staff, safe environment and accessible to the Campus. She will continue her time at HERE until she receives her degree.

I love it here! After the new management took over in 2017, everything improved. I signed my lease and I have lived here my freshman, sophomore, junior, and (soon to be) senior year. It’s a great place to meet people. I recommend HERE Kansas to my family & friends. I’ll always love (and never forget) this place. So many fun memories!
although the building is very conveniently located to campus i would not recommend living here. it’s a waste of money solely due to the way this building is run. i have had items broken by staff and not paid for, emails ignored over obscure charges and have been promised to be paid back for ride share services when no one showed up to work at valet then denied that compensation. the property management is awful and they do not attempt to make this a good experience, only a profitable one. it’s too bad seeing as the amenities... read more
