Horrible people to rent from (Broadwater Townhomes) Manager Hazel, is has violated landlord laws, and her bosses in VA beach does not care...just a bunch of lower income black folks...Hazel has insisted that renters insurance pay for water leaks...told tenant to move back in with wet carpet, moldy smell, and a 8x6 ft hole in ceiling....HUD, BBB complaint has been lodged, news agency called!!!
Phenomenal place to work, and offers exceptional housing for all people!
