I live in the Cumberland Cove apartments in Raleigh, NC Can I ask why your property manager insists on having the grass cut, mowed, trimmed and blown off the sidewalks every day at 8am?! Why?! When I go outside the grass is STILL just as horrible as it was before. What type of landscaping company do you use? Why must you cut grass every single day at 8am? Do you like annoying people?
Tyrone the maintenance man in Elkton MD apartments is great always gets the job done. The apartment complex is a great place to rent from. Me and my husband love it here.
I currently live in Cherokee Summit complex in GA and the mold is a huge problem. They just use moldex to visually remove it but it comes back even worse. My sink has a crack and constantly leaks to the point the water is pooling under the cabinet.
