Leasing office and corporate office does not return tenant calls regarding repair work. My ceilings have been leaking for a month, i've put an order in, I call and leave messages, nothing has been done. Plaster is cracked and coming down any moment. Horrible. Stay away!

wish I had researched before moving into a property owned by them.. extremely unreliable. have sent two emails and heard nothing.. worst management (and I use that term loosely) company ever!!..
Since this company took over our complex has gone downhill so fast! I can’t wait to get out of here! We are currently the only complex in our area that has not opened up the amenities! They are taking our money but won’t open anything up and won’t give a discount...I understand when the mandatory stay at home orders and such were in effect but we have been out of that since the end of May. Hercules Living management company sucks. The office staff seems nice enough but the management company is not willing to work with the current residents after their takeover from Harbor Group. They don’t seem to have prepared their office staff to aid current residents in answering their questions, every time we call with a question or request, we usually have to wait a day for answers because they haven’t trained the office staff on the system and the manager has to be the one to look it up. Buford, Ga Property is not properly maintained. trash compactor has been broken for OVER 4 mos with trash being thrown in a dumpster that does not hold the amount of trash generated by a complex this size and trash ends up overflowing and all over the road. It's disgusting, unhealthy, and draws rodents and roaches. Complained about this to management back in October AFTER it had been broken for a month, they said they needed to get 3 quotes and they are working on it. it is now February and it's STILL not fixed!
Hercules Living is a great company to work for. Going on six years and I have watched the company grow, listen to it's employees and residents, and encourage one another. I am glad to be a part of the Hercules Living Family!
