Terrific office. Great staff, and Dr. Gates is extremely knowledgeable and spends the time to let you know you are important to him.
Dr Gates explained the situation with my hand to me carefully, and in detail, told me what I can expect as an outcome. I was very satisfied with my experience.
Dr Gates is direct and concise in his analysis of symptoms, plus thorough in his detailed explanation of the alternative treatments. I have not met a more sensitive and caring physician in Naples.
I had a great experience when Dr Gates did surgery for a cyst on my hand. Pre-operative and post-operative care was thorough, kind, and reassuring. I had no surprises. Communication was clear; most (if not all) was reinforced with instructions in writing.

Great job on my surgery. Efficient operation. Timely, well organized, and I felt confident in his abilities. All the touchpoints along the way were very smooth running. Love the physical therapy unit that is part of the business. Sara and Bonnie are great at what they do.

Nurses and facility was excellent. I was able to see Dr. Gates prior to surgery but would have like to see him after surgery. Did not...disappointed.
