Dr. Gates is thorough, and not anxious to do surgery when there are other alternatives. Gr. Gates is always accessible to me as a patient. I highly recommend him if you are having hand or elbow pain.
Dr Gates and his Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I usually have to wait awhile once i arrive. Yesterday i had an appt for 10. Not seen until 11:45. This was frustrating. But i do recommend the office overall

I am now and always very happy with Dr. Herbert Gates. He gave me a cortisone injection yesterday and no pain today! I have also had surgery by Dr. Gates for another finger in the past and it is perfect. Thank you Dr. Gates.

Very friendly, helpful and competent staff and Dr. Gates was able to quickly diagnose my problem and gave me a cortisone shot which has already helped me quite a bit. I would highly recommend Dr. Gates.
