Very professional clinical visit and assessment of my hand and wrist. I received pain relief by injection to my wrist. Good rapport building skills that increases trust with me. I flew from Ohio to Florida to see Dr. Gates, very excellent hand surgeon. Did not want to see any other surgeon.
This was my second visit to Dr. Gates' office and another great one. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Gates took time to answer my questions, and I have great trust in his expertise and training. A terrific experience!

I waited over one hour to enter an exam room and another half hour longer to meet with Dr. Gates. Of course, once with him, I am always pleased and grateful for his expertise and care. I wish the scheduling of patients visits were more carefully managed. Thank you, Karen Smith
