The service department is nothing short of a joke, inexperienced and absolutely ignorant. I'd push my truck before taking it back there

Horrible experience at the service department. Fees not told up front and they try to take advantage of women. Heard one lady there that had been paying for oil changes even though she had warranty oil changes left. I will never go there again.
