Went there 3 times to purchase a vehicle but they couldn’t be bothered because they didn’t have the vehicle in their lot! Never even called me back
Just got back from a completely horrible experience with one of your service reps at the Danvers location. It was so bad that I was shaking by the time I walked out of the dealership (I’d like to note that the other reps I’ve dealt with have been professional and courteous. No complaints until today). I only go there to look at new vehicles, and not to be bothered, because in the dozen of time I was in there I have never been asked if I need help or what I was looking for, and I purchased more than a dozen Jeep Grand Cherokees and most recently my son a Dodge Charger

Anabel is easy to talk to, no crazy pressure except a better offer each time we hesitated... She is friendly and we have been extremely happy with her service both times.
