RecommendedEveryone talks about how buying a car is soo stressful, the car salesmen are so pushy and such. But I am so thankful for walking into Herb Chambers Jeep dealership and meeting Deena DiIorio. She made the whole car process such a breeze, not stressful, it was such a fun day. We purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from Herb Chambers. Recently we got the recall notice from Jeep. When making the appointment we were told to be there at 12:30. When calling in I was informed we could drop it off and they would get to it eventually. My wife called this morning to verify/see how busy they are due to an emergency at home. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. Not only did we try the service number but also the receptionist transferred her twice and no one ever answered. This is hands down the worst dealership I've ever been to.They trashed the inside of my truck when I got it back to the point they had to fully detail my truck.
Well I would never recommend going there for service. I LOVE my Dodge 2500 but the service dept keeps screwing me. I had to contact the Mopar extended warranty company several times. Don't ever purchase the extended warranty. They tell you it covers everything that is not listed on the pamphlet they gave me. But every time I go in for a problem they tell me it's not covered. They tried it several times and then I had to get the finance guy Joe Diepetro who sold me the warranty. He went down at least 3 times to tell the servi... read more

Brought my 2016 Jeep Patriot in due to a coolant leak, first no parking available. Go in to the service department, explain my problem- he says it will be at least 7 days before can be looked at. Then the guy was too busy ordering breakfast to schedule. So while scheduling an appointment, he squirms and does everything to not schedule an appointment. This car was bought here 18 months ago.
