I have been dealing with the service dept for about 4 yrs (only due to my cars being under warranty). Every time i have had extremely long waits and the level of service has been extremely poor; tires not rotated, car not washed both on more than 1 occasion when thia service was claimed to be done. Yesterday my tires were supposed to be rotated. They where sort of rotated, the back tires and front were swapped but on same side of car verses opposite side of car for more even wear. I was coming to end of my lease with my Cruze and I was ready to find my next vehicle. I was very unhappy with the dealership I was with for that lease so I decided to switch. Bought my Aveo here in May 2010. Have always had my maintenance done here. Previously reviewed on Google, gave 4 stars (small keyboard, long nails) they definitely rate a 5! Service department always finds the time to help me out, Scott is the best! Mileage rolled over 100,000 this past weekend.
I just bought a used Hyundai Tucson. Zaschary Santiago was a great salesman! From helping me move car seats for a test drive. Paying special attention to my daughter while we talked numbers. And Bob for getting me an amazing interest rate and fantastic warranty!!! Thanks guys!!!!
Monday morning I called herb chambers for an emergency Nothing big belts were making some noise and I needed an oil change they took me in immediately within five minutes they inspected the truck told me I need a new belt and pulled it into the bay to fix it I've never had this kind of service anywhere this was amazing I highly recommend herb chambers
I have bought two vehicles here in the last year. Cody was great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and he has a great sense of humor. Bobby did a great job with the financing as well! We have had a couple services done and so far the service department seems good too.
