First service visit was 9 months pregnant and waited 2 HOURS for an oil change...unacceptable. Second visit was charged $300 to replace a rear tail light on a 2013 chevy equinox that they had originally told me was covered under my lease warranty...ludicrous!! Only good thing was that the guy who fixed the tail light did it fairly quick and brought it down to $250 because he didn't charge us for labor. Made a appointment to have my truck serviced two weeks ago, when I bring it in, they then tell me that they are no longer taking in vehicles for service for the day. WHY the heck do they give you a time and date for an appointment, only to turn you away??? POOR SERVICE!!!
Brought vehicle in today. Left a very HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!! Great service dept!!!! Scott is awesome!!!
