My husband loves his Silverado other than the wait time for service (at times) 😏 The truck is great
Originally purchased my car from this Chevy dealership in 2014. Since then the service department has been very friendly and great other than that this dealership is horrible. Do not buy a car from this dealership. They have lied to me mutipal times and can not get my car fixed correctly. I contacted GM to resolve the issue and they will not respond to GM!
When I bought my 2016 Colorado I was told I had two years of oil changes. The last time I was in Danvers Chevy they said I came in too early...before I was due. I did this time around and I was told I had to pay $60 for an oil change. They change rules like they change cars.
