forgot to put a dipstick back in car... how hard is that to remember? it is your job... appointment for a Monday. they take it in the shop a day and a half later just to scan it. horrible. 2 appointment's two bad experience's.

Just bought a 2011 Cruze from Jiovanni. He was very pleasant and great to deal with. He answered all my questions and helped out getting my car ready for pickup the next morning. Bobby in finance was also a great help getting the car to me when I went and picked it up.

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Bolt here a few months ago. The process was unorganized and had to continuously wait for, they didn't charge the car before I picked it up, liscence plates were messed up at the RMV and I had to go fix the problem. Now I wait here in the waiting room once again for a recall service pick up because they couldn't find the paperwork or key. When they finally did they said, "O you wanted this washed?"
