RecommendedMichael in the service department is wonderful. Ordered my tires the day before my appointment so they would be ready to mounted when I arrived. Before selling me the tires they made sure I really needed them, rather than just taking my money! The Sales department and the Collision Department are outstanding as well! I brought my 2015 Equinox here for a routine transmission flush and oil change. The day they performed the service, after I had picked it up, my car started lurching when I hit the brakes and couldn't change gears while I was driving it. I had to restart my car at every stop light. I brought it back to have them see what was wrong and they told me it would be $1,100 in labor just to diagnose the issue, even though it had zero problems before I brought it in for the flush. Herb chambers Cadillac is the biggest joke !!!! Sales people say one thing sell you a car and the service department don’t live up to what the sales department said !!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will neverrrr buy a car from a herb chambers again !!!!!! Buyers beware will say anything to make a buck !
