My experience with Mark was wonderful.I was very nervous about meeting with him, because I really loved Dr.Freid.and in meeting with Mark,once we started talking I knew Mark was going to a good for me too. His bedside manner was wonderful. He really listens to you and your concerns, and doesn't make you feel bad for bringing them up. He look into your eyes when his taking or I'm talking. Everyone is always compassionate, thorough, & professional.
The whole experience was very positive. Mark is a good listener and very knowledgeable. He helped me to get my migraine medicine from Express Scripts. (They stopped it a couple of years ago because of the cost.) He always makes reasonable suggestions to help me manage my diabetes.
As usual, Mark was very attentive and caring in my treatment. He clearly understands my health issues and has provided good guidance and sage advice.
Mark is always nice and courteous. He takes time to listen to his patient's concerns. I really enjoy my visits with Mark and his staff.
Staff was very pleasant and I enjoyed my experience overall.
