Very friendly and efficient
Dr Mark Hepler and his staff was excellent. I asked to be changed because we felt like we were finally treated by a doctor that was not on a time schedule of 15 minutes pure patience. The doctor talked to us and made recommendations. I actually got an examine while there. The entire time was NOT just putting information into the computer. Mark’s nurse was also more attentive to my visit. I don’t come in often so it was nice to feel like I was important.
I always receive excellent care from all staff members.
