Mark Hepler has been the absolute best doctor I’ve ever had. After lots of doctors ignoring my concerns and brushing me off, I’m so happy to have found Dr. Hepler. He really listens to what I have to say, and respects my instincts with my body. Even now that I live and work about an hour away, I still make the drive to see him!
Mark was great but I'd rather bee seen by an MD.
Every thing went good everyone in front office was very kind and courteous and the Dr. and nurse did a great job listening to me and giving me detailed answers .The nurse Mrs.Westmorland has great beside manner as well as took blood with no issues in out done (painless).I liked everyone so much I think I will go back :-) P.S. Dr. Hepler has a great personality as well. Thumbs Up to everyone this visit. Thanks Phil Nugent
This was my annual wellness check. Mark and the staff are always very understanding, helpful and informative. I give Eagle all 5 stars
Everyone at Eagle in Oak Ridge is great and make the experience of going into the clinic as pleasant as possible. Mark is very thorough in his exam. You do not feel rushed as if he must make his appointment numbers; he is patient and takes as much time as necessary to answer questions.
Waiting time was minimal, Mark was very pleasant
