I am completely satisfied with the provider, facility, wait time, staff, treatment results, scheduling ease, and the overall experience. Mark is a competent physician who cares for the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor.
Entire experience was outstanding. The nurse who saw me first was efficient, professional and friendly. Mark Hepler was familiar with my background and health history and gave me some good informations and preventative recommendations for the future. He listened to what I had to say and provided input and a referral. He was not in a hurry and took the time necessary to listen and consider my health issues and discuss what I needed in the future. I was in severe pain and needed to see a doctor for two different issues. The office fit me right in that afternoon. Mark Hepler was very professional and addressed both of my issues immediately. He did a great job getting fluid out of my knee and giving a steroid shot. He then got me in to have a scan of my other leg right away to see about some swelling. I saw the PA, Mark Hepler. Even though I was the last appointment of the day, he took the time to listen to all of my history, question me further about symptoms, and schedule tests to try to determine why I was sick. He truly seemed to hear what I was saying and cared about helping to resolve the issues. Even though I was the very last patient, everyone in the office was very gracious in helping me at the end of a very long day. I really appreciate the concern shown to me.
I had my annual physical. I was pleased with the time Mark took with me and the answered my questions, explained things in the level of detail that I could understand, and reviewed the results of my blood that was done two days earlier.
