I was very pleased with my visit. Mark took time to listen to my concerns and was thorough in his responses.
I've been going to Eagle since they opened up in Oak Ridge. I always prefer to see my primary physician (Mark Hepler) but have not been disappointed when the scheduling requires me to see someone else. Most importantly Eagle has successfully diagnosed my health problems and provided solutions. Call it good bedside manner or just someone that can be a friend and listen..........this is what keeps me going back to Eagle Oak Ridge.
This was the first time I had seen Mark Hepler, PA, and was impressed with the time he took going over my medical history, and my prescriptions which were up for renewal. He was patient and professional, asking astute questions, and offering advice about how and when to take meds for the best advantage. My experience was really good. Mark took the time to cover every subject needed for my physical and listened when I explained any problems I had. He was very kind and easy to talk to.
My experience was as always; professional, courteous , efficient and compassionate. Mark and his team have a great working relationship that makes the patient feel comfortable and confident that they are being well cared for.
This was for my appt for my 6 months checkup / meds refill . Being the very anxious patient that I am it is very rewarding to see a nurse and Mark that are take the time to listen !
Doctor Hepler diagnosed my shoulder pain as a separated AC joint and thoroughly explained the reason for the pain and how to best to manage it. I felt much better after meeting Doctor Hepler.
I was very happy with my visit. I felt that Mark Hepler took his time with me, during my appointment. He reviewed my medicines, discussed blood work tests he was going to order and was geniunely attentive to my questions/concerns. I, in no way, felt rushed. I even commented to my husband that my appointment was comfortable and I felt that Mark Hepler was there to listen to me and address all my concerns. Very happy.
I was squeduled for a physical. However; I have been seeing Mark for sometime. I will say that he takes the time to spend with patients and it doesn't just seem that we are just a number coming in and out of the doors. Also, I want to make the same statement about Sherrie.
