This was my annual wellness visit and my first routine visit with Mark - I have seen him before for back pain and stitch removal (both of which he handled just fine!) He was very attentive and thorough. I had some reservations prior to this visit since Mark is easily young enough to be my son and I've always had doctors who were my age or older, but he has that perfect blend of professionalism and personality that make me quite confident in his suitability as my primary care medical professional. This appointment was for the purpose of having my ears checked and cleaned prior to going to be tested and fitted for hearing aids. As always Mark did an exceptional job of attending to my needs. Both he and his nurse checked and cleaned my ears of excessive wax buildup. I have been going to Mark since he joined Eagle at Oak Ridge and I have never had a problem of any kind with him or the office staff. Once Mark evaluated my condition he prescribed a series of exercises to relieve my back pain. I followed those exercises for 3 - 4 days and found them most helpful in relieving the pain. My only issue was having to wait 20 - 25 minutes for Mark after the nurse had finished her preliminary exam and questionnaire. Other than that; very satisfied.

Mark was very personable, a good listener, seemed to weigh my health information carefully and made candid recommendations. I appreciated his style, proven by the drop in my blood pressure to a normal level the second time it was checked (previous reading was quite high, but was just my nerves!)

Mark was very professional and personable. Examination of elbow (tennis elbow) was done thoroughly, and competently. He patiently answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and explained my treatment and what to do if not improving. I was very impressed with his bedside manner and approachable demeanor.

My visit every time I go to see Mark is always very good. I've never felt that I was talking with someone that thinks they are better than me with him, very doctor Ive ever seen before always seems to make me very uncomfortable . I'm not able to talk about my symptoms and/or problems with any other practitioner. Mark has always been very helpful, and Im able to speak with him about symptoms and/or problems.
