Mark was very cooperative in requesting more than the usual amount of lab work to help me resolve my illness. He was patient and took time to explain a previously prescribed medication and it possible side effects. Great experience short wait time and friendly office staff.
I had a small mole on my chest that had a red ring on the outside and was black on the inside removed by Dr. Hepler. He removed it and had it sent to the lab for testing. He is one of the most professional doctors that I have had, he explains what he is doing and explains it in terms that I understand. He and the staff at Eagle Physicians in Oak Ridge are the nicest folks you could ever meet.
I enjoy going to my doctor, he listens attentively to my complaints and he does his best to help rectify them. He answers my questions truthfully and make recommendations accordingly. On a whole he is very good and most of all I love him.
I have been seeing Mark for quite a while and I would not go anywhere else !!!! I am a very anxious patient ... Blood pressure goes up !!! But Mark has learned this about me and is understanding and seems to be able to calm me !!! We have moved to Charlotte but I still drive to Oak Ridge and will continue to do so !
Mark is very thorough. He seems to genuinely care about what is going on medically with me and I appreciate the care he provides. Hes got a good sense of humor and is easy to talk to about anything I am concerned about medically. I think each time I visit Eagle the experience between Mark and I becomes more and more of what I expect from a care provider. 100% recommend!
Called for an appointment on 6/2 and was scheduled for appt. that afternoon. We were pleased with Mark & the staff.

Eagle at Oak Ridge is one of the friendly practices. They are able to schedule you quickly and there is never a long wait time in the office. I have found Mark Hepler to be exceptional in listening to his patients and answering questions.
Mark is a rarity in today's health care field - he actually cares about the patient and interacts on a "real" level. As a former health care professional myself (pharmacist), I have found him to not only have expertise as a physician but also as regards drugs utilized for treatment of conditions. One outcome of this visit was an addition of a blood pressure medication (amlodopine besylate) to my regimen.
