Mark Helpler was very understanding, cautious and through. I appreciated him referring to my chart due to my extensive medical history. He was very patient and took time to make sure I understood what and why I was to receive the treatment he prescribed. Also, he made it clear if for any reason I wasn't better to let the office know and be seen again. I was very grateful for all the staff who helped me be seen. I am much better. I had an excellent visit with Mark. I've had knee pain for weeks and he gave me some exercises to help with a suspected strain to the muscle above my knee. He also helped me with two other issues that really meant alot to me. I trust that Mark has my best interests at heart. I left feeling great.

Mark provided me excellent care. He was knowledgeable about possible issues with the medication I was on and we decided together on a possible change due to issues with sleeping. He also took care of a plantar's wart. I really appreciated the time he spent.

Mark was very professional in his diagnosis of my hernia. He found the problem, told me what to do about it, and then referred me to a surgeon who could treat it. He has always been a good doctor and I'm happy to be his patient.

I travel to Oak Ridge to see Mark. He has always been honest and upfront with me. Professional and very easy to talk with about any illnesses or problems im having. He is the reason i still go to this office.

I was seeing Mark Hepler, P.A. for follow up. I love Mark. Even my husband, who isn't easy to please, loves Mark. Mark is always knowing my current situation before he comes through the door. He takes his time and is very thorough. I always count myself lucky that when I moved here four years ago, I happened to find Eagle Physicians and, specifically, Mark. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer one year ago, he telephoned me to offer his support through the process. He has been terrific.

Mark is always kind and really seems to care about me when I go into his office. He is always up for helping me to control my illness and is a great source of information on new meds that I may want to try. I will continue to use Eagle Physicians and specifically Mark Hepler.

Mark is AWESOME! He has a great personality and genuinely cares about you. I've never had a bad experience with him. He is knowledgeable and caring. My kids think he's great, too! We've been patients of Mark's since he started at Eagle.

Had a sinus infection accompanied by a sore throat that was more painful than drainage. Did a throat culture which was negative. Mark and I discussed other factors which were possibly making me feel terrible. Took his advice and continued to take sinus med for another couple of days (had not been taking consistently) and began to feel a lot better. Appreciate Mark for his knowledge and listening skills!
