This healthcare campus hits it out of the park!
I was in a car accident and laid on a bed in the hall, in a c collar for 6 hours!!! Was told things that never happened, was promised a blanket and that never happened!! And was listening to a lady plead for help for over an hour!! The experience was worse than the car accident, absolutely awful!! Drove past 2 hospitals to get here, cause I thought this place was an upper echelon of facilities, I wouldn't bring a dog here!!!

Nice and friendly atmosphere
This place should be ashamed of themselves. My mom is in emergency & pressed her call button. It was on for 5 minutes while nurses continued to walk by ignoring it. My mom was even yelling for help. When I finally got someone to go in she was extremely rude and yelled at me. Yes, the nurse yelled at me for calling her out that no one came for so long. She then left my moms curtain wide open while my mom was undressed. The nurse then rolled her eyes and shut it with an attitude. Very disappointed in this place today.
