I got tested at the westbloomfield location 8 days ago, and no answer about my results. i called every single day to the hotline and they didnt have any answer about the results they dont even know where the tests are going. How is this posible! The last call i made today they told me they might thrown away my test. They have no tracking for individual test. this hospital is poorly run. they schedule surgery for 1:00pm then make you wait till 4:30pm. after surgery yous put him in a regular room. then after two days of treating his pain with tylenol yous put him icu.he has been being treated with narco for the past 6 months. now yous put him with drawal then wonder what's wrong with him. then it go on with the incompetent care. then schedule to move to a rehab center at 1:30pm then finally get him there at 9:00 PM the middle of the night. I can go on .
No way , the care for old people is terrible
The care that I received in Sept. 2019 was fantastic. My surgeon Dr. Asai was great. Overall the care that I received while a patient was great.
One of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. Doctors, nurses, and all staff including but not limited to housekeeping and nutrition are all pleasant & polite. I’ve never been to a hospital where everyone is so friendly. In addition, the rooms are beautiful for a hospital. Electric blinds so I don’t have to get out of bed while resting to turn down the blinds. Excellent work and a clean atmosphere. Lazy sitting on her phone while my patient need to be changed and I asked more than once. Then look trash goes on the floor and the wipes and she put them on the table to reuse knowing my patient has cdiff nasty rude Pcn (Saydah) I have every encountered. Ask for a blanket and she says for what if that’s the kind of ppl you all hire you are sad and I mean one sad hospital. I would never be coming back and will inform my patients poa to never take her here again
