I am currently in the ER and I have been here since Tuesday April 23, 2019. I am a nurse and have not had my IV flushes in 19 hours. I haven’t seen a social worker. I have not seen a nurse for more than a two second encounter. I have asked to speak with a patient advocate but was denied. I was also assaulted by hospital security. I have had the worst experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Short staffed, over booked. Never brought back to see Our Mom before surgery. Kept inquiring with concierge, very sad what our “healthcare” has come too. Big business $$
Friendly, quick, professional, respectful.
