Just saw Dr Zacharias for back pain. She was absolutely amazing. Heard wonderful things about her and she delivered on every expectation and more. She explained things clearly and in detail. The entire team including the receptionist, medical assistant, the person assisting with brace, the X-ray tech and the outpatient pharmacy were all courteous and timely. I can see why this is a five star hospital. Quality and safety and patient experience are clearly top priority.
we come here monthly for my sons treatments and the nurses have been so great. they are patient, helpful, caring and never rush out or dismiss what my son wants to talk about. he is very fond of them all.
Too big and automated -staff are not empowered to answer questions. Extremely disappointed with the care from the commerce location.
