My time was awesome the staff Are friendly and very knowledgeable I had lost a pair of glasses and was assisted by a hospital member staff and I found them I was at my witts end but she assured me that it was going to be OK and it was I was in tears with joy I have forgotten her name but I remember she said she was the director of customer care and I want to just say that she deserves that position because she was wonderful
The IR DEPARTMENT could not be any better than it is. Every person that works in that department Nurses, Doctors and in the procedure room have always been professional in what they do. I couldn't ask for anything better as I am a patient there every 5 weeks and always happy to see them.
ALWAYS THE BEST CARE AND MANNERS!!!!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Little disappointed it took over an hour after the Dr ordered pain meds before a nurse even came into the room we got there at 1pm and first time seeing g a nurse was at 2:30 the PA and her assistants were wonderful and got right into the room even went down for an x Ray and back before the nurse even came into a room. Didn't like seeing my little one in pain for that long
