For the most part everything was great I was treated quickly in the ER. I was told I was as being admitted but once I was in a room I was told it was a observation room and not being admitted. Treatments was good but I don't feel it was affective because I wasn't admitted. I've been admitted plenty of times for my asthma this treatment was more like lets watch wait and see verses what I'm use to with my asthma which is more aggressive they do it get you breathing get you home!!! Words cannot express the service received from my entire experience at this hospital. From the front entrance prior to surgery to the transport after surgery to my vehicle. The service was awesome! The nurses, NA, room service, cleaning, runner for the food, everyone, on both shifts were absolutely amazing! I didn't think an experience in the hospital could be so awesome that left me saying, "this is unbelievable"! Im not a person who leaves reviews, but my experience should be captured in a review. Huge Hospital but all the staff from the entrance to I got to my grandma's room was very helpful and polite and even the staff taking care of my grandmother was very professional great Hospital

It is the best my surgery was a success and and it was also where my grandson was born i love this Hospital staff awesome...
I love Henry Ford WB!! The doctors there saved my 17 month old grandson's life as he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in Dec. 2015!! He was in full blown DKA with a blood sugar of 1700. Today he is still a very happy and active toddler who now wears an insulin pump as well as a dexcom so mom, dad and all the grandparents know what his blood sugar is from anywhere in the world by a cool app for our phones!
Once again let down by hfhs. called today to get a z Pak was informed I need to come in to get abx but never offered an appointment. The Cler on the phone was giving me medical advice she is practicing out of her scope of practice never got a return call from my primary either.... Sorry I chose hap as my insurance this year
