I'm not sure of so many five stars but never had anything good come out of this hospital?. I will say it's a very beautiful facility, very clean but my daughter had an MRI yesterday and I witness how the nurses treated a man after surgery and I was not impressed whatsoever. We've also been to the ER where we waited 4 hours, my daughter was actively seizing and we never saw a doctor during that four hours then they proceeded to tell us "well you could go to a different hospital if you would like "after we waited 4 hours to be... read more
Can I give them zero stars? Underneath the pretty façade this place is horrendous. Administratively this place is incompetent. Phone calls and messages are routinely ignored. I've had good experiences with most of the doctors but there is a large moat of incompetence surrounding them. Weather it is scheduling an appointment, getting a prescription refill, or getting advice between appointments this hospital failed miserably.
I'm a nurse at another hospital and was here with my sister through her labor. This is a beautiful, clean facility and when I didn't quite know where I was going, I asked a staff member who was on her lunch. She was still so kind and willing to help me out even though I disrupted her. Labor and delivery staff was pretty kind too and her assigned nurse was wonderful. Definitely a wonderful hospital from what I have seen
I have been going to this location since June 2016. And everyone has been amazing. Doctors, nursing staff, cancer Team, just amazing. Always took good care of me and my family who would come with me. Dr. Nathanson, Dr. Dabak, Dr. Darian, just amazing. I wouldn't be cancer free without this group. The right Attitudes, smiles, empathy, patients for dealing with people who are just angry with the situation they are dealing with. Never seen them be rude ever. You all have a great staff. I hope they are appreciated.
I have yet to have a bad experience at HFH West Bloomfield. I have been seen in multiple clinics, had out patient surgery and was even admitted for 4 days for another surgery and every visit has been a wonderful experience. Keep up the wonderful service.
