Staff was very comforting to my daughter who was having an outpatient procedure. They made her feel at ease during the whole process. I would consider using this facility in the future.
My husband was in for a spinal fusion surgery may 9th-13th...he was in Birch Lodge and was taken care very well...all the nurses and doctors were great, they went above and beyond there job duties in my opinion...He had some issues with certain meds that weren't working and they spent many hours to find the right and safe combination to bring his pain level down. Pam, Aster and Sheila are amazing, kind and compassionate. We will continue to use Henry ford hospitals in the future. Thank you
Even though my nighttime nurse was not that good. My nurse and nurse assistant this morning were very comforting.
your new policy of not giving pain meds is barbaric. i went to huron valley and was treated so nice. then to HFH i was there 3 hrs in terrible pain they wouldnt give any pain meds just shit like toradol and something else that starts with a B. that i've already tried. the nurse and the tech felt bad for me but of course they can't do anything just the dr can and he won't. do they think they're gonna cure the opiate problem on their own God Damn if you can't get pain relief from a hospital wtf are we suppose to do. so i rippe... read more
I had an emergency visit. A nurse named Dionka was the best. She stayed with me to make sure I didn't have any problems. She made sure I was comfortable during my stay there.
