This last hospitalization 7/8-7/13/17 was one of the worst experiences of my life! More specifically, the 20hrs I spent in ICU on 7/11/17 in rm 242, was a horrific evening and night! I was humiliated, given less than adequate care and stereotyped! Two of my family members were sent away while trying to visit at 2:15am! This was after, I had been told that They could visit! Have to say it was an overall excellent experience. The facility itself is amazing and calming to walk into. Checked in for my appointment waited no more than three minutes before I was called back. Very efficient and friendly. Hoping I don't need to be back too often but this is definitely my first choice
Love,love,love this Hospital !!! I've had both of my knees replaced there and it was a good experience. The staff was wonderful, took great care of me. The food was good and I just all around love the way the hospital is set up. My husband is in there as we speak with heart problems and he's getting top-notch care from the doctors and nurses.
HFWBH was a good experience... I especially liked the new checking in system, and the hospital is very aesthetically pleasing.
Dr Michele voeltz s wonderful. She was very informative and my husband and I felt relived after I left her office.. thanks so much!!!!
Never had any issues here. Cardio rehab sessions over several months. Excellent Cardio Group.
