I love the friendly clean Henry Ford Hospital Clinic! The staff is so concerned to my needs, whether for directions because the place is huge, to different area of the facility! The people that work in there cafeteria or coffee shops to gift shops are very clean and very professional to you at all times!

I love HFWB!!! It has such a peaceful environment. If your sitting in the lobby you'll forget your at a hospital. Lol The staff are just beautiful!!! Their very kind and patient with you and that's just in the Labor and Delivery section. I can only imagine how a regular patient gets treated. This hospital/ location is one I would definitely recommend. �
I live in Florida, but I choose to return to Michigan for all of my medical needs. Henry Ford Hosp. West Bloomfield is exceptionally staffed with the best Doctors in their fields of expertise!
The hospital is beautiful but the service of a lot of the "professional" staff and communications leave a lot to be desired!!!!

My husband got admitted to the emergency room yesterday afternoon/evening. The evening shift ER nurses were very nice and helpful, especially Cynthia from the er and Cynthia in pre/post op. Dr. Armstrong was excellent and her explanation of what would happen. Everyone was accommodating and kind and informative. The place was very clean and nice and calm at night.
