Got here 20 mins before check in time. Had all paperwork and insurance/ID ready and done 10 mins prior to appt. We are now still in the waiting room as others who checked in far after us have been taken back. When I asked for an explanation I was told that the practice is learning a new computer system and everyone is behind. We have been waiting an HOUR. WHY IS THIS OUR PROBLEM!!!!’ Every patient that had checked in before is has been TAKEN BACK. Do NOT use this practice; unprofessional and uncaring and incompetent.

We thought we were in the right place. After my wife’s surgery for colon cancer her surgeon had to request treatment with Dr. Reaps office multiple times because the office simply forgot to call my wife to schedule her chemotherapy. Two weeks later they finally called. We had our initial review where a treatment plan was established and she would begin chemotherapy in 3 weeks.
