Went for yearly physical bloodwork. Had to wait in the lobby for a little bit, but the blood draw experience was great. Redina took great care to make sure she got the draw with single poke and no pain. Lab downstairs used to struggle a lot as I have thick skin (literally) and I guess some technicians are not trained properly. Thanks Redina and Leila. Great team!
Communication is non existent with their office. Spent 6 months trying to get their office billing person to call me back about my bill. The amounts on the bill didn’t add up to the total on the bill. Went thru Henry Ford physician billing and after 2 months they never told me why the numbers didn’t add up. I finally paid the bill out of frustration but the bill is still marked unpaid on my patient portal.
Wonderful Doctors. Very responsive, compassionate and competent. Nice staff, responsive staff.
I was not feeling well. They staff made sure I could see Dr. Al-khersan that day. He was prompt thorough and reactive.
