Great staff and doctors
I have called this office 5 times now to get an appointment. They completely make you jump through hoops just to get an appointment. I had their "staff" tell me that when they received info from the previous doc along with the referral, they would call me w/in 7 days to schedule that appointment! This has been a 2 month process!! I've had to call them every time, I never received a call!! UNACCEPATABLE!!!
Great health care facility
Dr. Hilda Ferrarer-Blair did not listen much to my concerns. First, blamed my swelling and joint pain on my weight and when I mentioned it was the same (if not worse) after losing 50+lbs, she said that it was probably just because I’m getting older (I’m still in my 20s…) I did not feel listened to at all. Also, she did not follow the standard of care in ordering appropriate testing when referring to a specialist.
