I called in trying to make an appointment with endocrinologist, I didn't know my doc left( I used to see her once in 2-3 years just for check up). Receptionist was rude ,told me that I needed to be treated as a NEW patient, somebody will call me in a couple days to schedule an appointment - 10 days later still NOTHING. And it is not first time. The staff have been helpful but the lab system is unbelievably impossible to work with. I was told a lab order through email is not good enough, I need a printed copy and the staff aren't allowed to just print it for me for some reason. Then received a bill even though my insurance covered it, came back and was told it's because the last person entered my name incorrectly, switched my first and last name. Couldn’t have asked for better staff. I have no idea what I’m doing or where to go in these places. The staff was so upbeat and nice, smiling faces. When you’re nervous about everything in general, people really help the process. Thank you!
