I have been coming to this office for 3 years, everything changed since last year. There’s this extremely rude staff started working at the front desk and they are not helpful at all. I called every day for a week for meds refill only to have them say I had to wait 48 hours and then wait another three days because apparently the PA and the doctor didn’t get the message. Exceptionally rude staff
I think that Dr.Mazality is caring, professional and takes time to listen. In past I've had a difficult time getting my medication ordered correctly. It got very frustrating over time and time again. Short waiting time. Staff is friendly.
2 hours past my appt time, I couldn’t wait any longer as I had a meeting of my own to be at. On top of that the office couldn’t procure meds that I’ve been on for over 20 years now that I’m on Medicare. And yes, it’s on the formulary list.
