It has been three days since the AFib surgery on 2/18/2020 and my heart is working correctly once again. I have been living with afib and palpitations for many years and it feels good to be back to normal. I have always been satisfied with the quality of service here and I highly recommend Dr. Hitzelberger. I have been her patient quite a while and then when I found out my 5 year old needs to get checked, I didn't hesitate to take him to her only. She was very patient with him. Being a happy excited 5 year old boy trying to go through an eye exam, my son was very active and Dr Hitzelberger kept right up with him and he was very good. Definitely recommend optimeyes and Dr. Hitzelberger.

One of the most amazing hospitals I have taken my son to. They were aware of my concerns and really hit the ground running with tests and treatment options! The test results did not take long to get and I can honestly say my son felt 100% comfortable with all of his care staff. They made sure he knew what was happening before they did anything. I want to say thank you for all the people that work at HF Detroit, your all so amazing. Special thank you to Dr Bryan Kelly, MICU C5 Drs and nurses for running 3 codes (Cindy RN) doing everything they could for my Dad. The level of care is like no other there. Drs have called my mother. I am proud to say I am a Henry Ford employee and I would choose HF Detroit for mine or any of my families care. Thank you once again Dr Kelly and Unit C5 you guys are truly Gods angels. ❤️

One of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. Doctors, nurses, and all staff including but not limited to housekeeping and nutrition are all pleasant & polite. I’ve never been to a hospital where everyone is so friendly. In addition, the rooms are beautiful for a hospital. Electric blinds so I don’t have to get out of bed while resting to turn down the blinds. Excellent work and a clean atmosphere. Wonderful visit, no complaints, the technician was excellent, don’t know his name but he was really tal causation with some really nice glasses, the Dr. was also great.

So Im Back in the Hospital after being in River District all Saturday just to be sent home!!! This time I went to Port Huron McLaren and they admitted me, I see surgeon in morning for my appendix!! Moral of the story... NEVER WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AT RIVER DISTRICT CAUSE THEY DONT KNOW JACK S**T!!!
