RecommendedI was very impressed with the entire team on my Moms case. Dr Eng (cardiologist), Dr. Saleem, Boh (RN), and Ellington (NA) were all fantastic with very personable bedside manner. Everyone worked so well together. The hospital was up to date, comfortable, and very clean.
Lazy sitting on her phone while my patient need to be changed and I asked more than once. Then look trash goes on the floor and the wipes and she put them on the table to reuse knowing my patient has cdiff nasty rude Pcn (Saydah) I have every encountered. Ask for a blanket and she says for what if that’s the kind of ppl you all hire you are sad and I mean one sad hospital. I would never be coming back and will inform my patients poa to never take her here again
We have been here for 10 hours. STILL waiting to see a mental health practitioner who was promised in under 1 hour over 2 hours ago. All this after being told we were the next one up! I know it’s cold and flu season, anyone could see that by being here, but we are not being seen for that! Keeping an 80 year old waiting in a hallway all day is just reprehensible!
