Very very poor service. John Deere products are good but my family got terrible service from them.
Was placing an expensive pre order of toys. I contracted them about just getting my credit card on file for toys pre ordered. The lady emailed me back asking for what toys I was looking at and told me to call with my credit card info. After a full week of trying to get ahold of this lady with no answer from them. The next week finally got a hold her and she cancelled my order due to that she is a busy lady and doesn't answer her phone, like it was my fault. So I don't recommend them.
