I had a tooth break recently and called Henrich Dental to see about an appointment. I was able to get one just a couple of days out, which was a nice surprise! When I arrived at the office, I was amazed at how cleans dn organized everything was right after being greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Appreciate the professionalism of the front staff during the first visit having recently moved from another state. The thorough explanation of billing procedures, insurance issues, appointment scheduling and patient-staff expectations was very helpful. The hygienist provided excellent care during routine cleaning treatment and x-rays. Will return for reviews of these and further treatment plan! Thank you for an awesome initial dental experience.
