We arrived an hour and a half early! I came in for a cleaning, X-rays, and to let Dr. Henrich check me out. The doctor and hygienist were busy, but another hygienist brought me back and took X-rays. It wasn't very long before I got my teeth cleaned and talked to Dr. Henrich. I was grateful they were able to help me earlier than they planned to.
Always an excellent experience and curtious manner
While I was not entirely prepared, prepped, oriented in advance of what I would be undergoing today in the preparation of two teeth for permanent crowns, I was once more impressed with the quality of care received from Dr. H and his assistants throughout a two hour appointment.

Dr. Henrich was very professional, the video and audio was very clear. Overall the the video chat met my expectations.
The staff was terrific
Dr Henrich and staff are all very nice and friendly. He is very gentle. I have been going to him several years and have always been pleased with his work. He has all the new equipment and his office is beautiful!
