Bad experience. Went in with chest pain, history of heart problems. I was scared and that takes alot. Had to wait in line. As soon as I make my way to front of the line, efficient rep gets things moving. I get sent for vitals. VItals tech has just wiped everything done and seat is visibly wet. I decine to sit for fear I will be stuck in wet pants for the foreseeable future. Someone else offers wheelchair which they were going to use for me anyway. Appreciated that. Went into the Emergency Room as I was on my 10th day of Covid and had respiratory issues. Was greeted, checked in and then isolated in their side waiting room. Kept calling me back up to take temperature, then EKG and then an X-ray. 1 hour later I met the ‘doctor’ for less than 90 seconds. This morning, Sunday 8/8/2021, I could no longer stand the pain I was in. My own provider clinic fell short in helping me so I went to Henderson Hospital with what I thought to be a kidney infection. After the initial consultation and mobility exam by Dr. Mathew Stofferahn he suggested three tests to determine the cause of my discomfort. After the tests I was told that I did not have an infection but a case of shingles attached to nerves causing my pain. I was given prescriptions for the problem. If you care about a loved one DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. Wife was brought in by paramedics and I can not get an update from anyone in 12 hours. All they do is place you on hold.

Worst hospital in the valley illegal search and seizure only changed my commode once treated me like a criminal because I’m a cancer patient and I had an empty CBD package in my purse they saw after that I was treated horribly even though I cooperated fully with them 10 people in a temporary room and temporary beds that were awful could not sleep the food was so awful I didn’t eat the whole time I was there not a good hospital it may be clean but the people in it are not good at their job I would not recommend this place to ... read more

If 0 stars were available that's what they would get! My husband was in an auto accident, told he had a broken neck and left sitting in the waiting area ALL night! It wasn't until shift change and news they were transferring him to UMC that they decided they should do something! Not too mention the waiting area was filled with people hacking and puking and social distancing...what a joke! Definitely dropped the ball! I would write a favorable review if I was a notorious liar, but I'm not. A few months ago I was suffering severe back pains and on top of this I was in a severe state of depression, mourning the death of my oldest son who died Christmas Day, 2017, two weeks after his fortieth birthday.
