January 31, 2026 went to ER at 1:PM to get treatment for Cellulitis wound on my leg. My NP had recommended getting accumulated fluid drained ASAP due to swelling/pain. 1:15PM I was called into a room by a PA named Jessie. She looked at wound, said she would try to get ultrasound report online from SDMI lab test and find a wound care doc in the hospital who might be making rounds on that Saturday. RUN far from this hospital unless you are in an absolute emergency. If you have to go to this hospital, don't plan on walking out with a firm diagnosis. Use CHAT GPT!!!! Otherwise, healthy Husband was seen for 2 hours in May with serious symptoms.... high BP, heart rate issues, nausea. Labs showed mild electrolyte imbalance, blood and protein in urine. I hate to give this 1 star since the experience was hilarious yet so disrespectful, but shout out to the receptionist who told me I was gross for having a high blood pressure, LOL. It was so bad I couldn't get mad but had 2 ask twice "Gross?" Moving right along, lets get to positive Paulina running the back desk who really lets you know how she feels about sick people, and i quote "Tell that guy to shut the F**k up!!" & "Im gonna f**cking lose my mind" LOL WOW! Completely disrespectful and incompetent hospital On Friday April 12, 2024, I responded to the Henderson Hospital Emergency Room due to becoming light headed and nearly passing out. I arrived at about 1400 hours. I had an EKG, and labs done and waited for over 6 hours before the doctor called me back and said I needed to be admitted. I asked why, and the doctor explained her reasoning. After hearing her reasoning, I told the doctor I did not want to be admitted. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS and not only are they crooks, they came right out and told me that. Tumor was discovered in May. Today, exactly one week prior to my scheduled procedure, they called to tell me that even though they are in-network with my insurance, which means they have agreed to accept what my insurance pays, they want much more money than that. So, they are going to treat me like a "cash patient." So pay them 14,000.00 right now, up front, or no procedure. Let them pretend they care about anyone's health.

I never received any service and was charged over $1200. I started feeling better while sitting in the ER and I signed a form that I was leaving against doctor's advice and I never received any care and yet I was charged. I would recommend choosing any other hospital instead of these horrible crooks.

Bad experience. Went in with chest pain, history of heart problems. I was scared and that takes alot. Had to wait in line. As soon as I make my way to front of the line, efficient rep gets things moving. I get sent for vitals. VItals tech has just wiped everything done and seat is visibly wet. I decine to sit for fear I will be stuck in wet pants for the foreseeable future. Someone else offers wheelchair which they were going to use for me anyway. Appreciated that.
