Tasty food and good service
Was excited to try. Unfortunately very disappointed. We sat at our table 15 minutes before anyone waited on our us to get our water order. Than another 5 minuets or so before we received the water. Fried chicken was good but very over priced. My husband got grilled chicken and crab and did not eat it. Not good. When waitress brought my salad I said I wanted dressing on the side she grab my plate up and when she came back she slammed it down and walked away. Will not go back
This place is a gem! The food was amazing!! Everything is homemade with love - chicken noodle soup, bread, salad dressings, croutons, crab cakes, onion rings, secret bbq sauce, everything. I had the chicken chesapeake. It was delicious! The chicken was moist and the crab dip was divine. My husband had the noodle soup and the hen house sampler - steak, ribs, chicken, AND shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection!! You MUST try this place...
wonderful place to go for dinner or even a get together with friends/family
Quality was good. Quantity sucked we got the Sunday brunch. Waitress failed to tell us it was basically over. So I paid $15 for 2 small peices of chicken and 4 ribs because the bacon was wobbly and biscuits was stale and the gravy was an insult to southern everywhere....it was awful. With that being said the chicken n ribs were on point. Collard were pretty good too. Eggs didnt look appetizing
Great atmosphere, Great food, Great Waitresses and they allowed our Harley to sit with us. 4.5 Stars for me
We always enjoy the Hen House Restaurant. Good food and good service.☺
